No, our gentle and pain-free methods ensure a comfortable experience. Most patients feel little to no discomfort during the procedure. We take extra care to make sure you are always comfortable.
Do I need to use ear drops before my appointment?
We recommend using olive oil drops for 2 to 3 days before your appointment to soften the earwax. This makes removal quicker and more comfortable. But if your ears are bothering you now, book now. We can still help.
Is ear wax removal safe?
Yes, when carried out by a qualified professional, ear wax removal is a safe and effective way to clear blocked ears. Your ears are checked first, and the most suitable method is chosen based on your ears and comfort.
How long does the appointment take?
About 45 minutes from start to finish. That includes the ear health check, the procedure, and your free hearing check afterwards.
What if no earwax is found?
If we examine your ears and find no earwax, a consultation fee of £29 applies. This includes an ear
health check and a free hearing check. You’ll still leave knowing exactly what’s going on with your
