I got an appointment within 24 hours for wax removal. The audiolgist was friendly and very professional. Careful and meticulous. Showed me before and after photos. Explained everthing and answered all my questions. Offered free hearing test and made follow up appointment for a weeks time.
No complaints. Just a shame this could not have been done on the NHS.

The service was fantastic. Dr Ibrahim guided me throughout the session. I got ear cleaning service and that did got very well now I can even hear people whispering. ;p
