Booked a visit for Ibrahim to see my Dad as his ears were really blocked. Ibrahim was very friendly and polite, he managed to clear Dad's ears completely. Dad is really pleased but still can't hear as well as he'd like due to his age, so he is booked to have a hearing test with Ibrahim to see if hearing aids will improve his hearing. I had been struggling with my hearing for around 10 years but kept putting off getting it checked. I was finding it difficult to hear on the phone, follow conversations and the TV volume was always loud. I finally booked a hearing test with direct ear care. The audiologist was very thought and took the time to really understand the difficulties I had been experiencing. Everything was explained clearly In a way that was easy to understand. My husband attended direct ear care after struggling to hear for over 5 years. I had a thorough hearing test and was recommended phonon hearing aids, which are discreet, rechargeable and easy to use. I have now had hearing aids for around 2 year and they have made a huge improvement to my day to day life. Conversations are much clearer and I feel much confident with my hearing. After care device has also been excellent, I come for regular 6 month hearing aid review, and the audiologist always takes the time to check everything, make any adjustments needed and explains things clearly. Today I came in at direct ear care at Bamber Bridge preston first I couldn't find the company as I rang the company up I went through a black door the facility was very clean tidy I then introduced my self to IBRAHIM THE AUDIOLOGY  I came in for a ear wax removal for the first time and his service was 10/10 went through some advice on about my ears were blocked with wax And now I can hear very clearly. Wow, what a fantastic experience. Woke up Sunday morning and couldn't hear a thing in my right ear - not a nice feeling. I've had my ears syringed once before with the water blast in your ear so didn't fancy that again! Did some Googling and found Direct Ear Care, local by. Reviews looked great so I made an appointment for ear wax removal by microsuction. Arrived at the appointment a bit nervous, but Ibrahim was great, calmed me down, assessed the job at hand with great delicacy and then pulled out 2 marble size wax balls from my ears!!! Who knew! Great from start to finish. I'd booked online for a 15-minute free hearing check but I was fairly sure that the problem was blockage due to ear wax. Ibrahim checked and showed me the images from inside my ears showing the blockage. I'd been expecting to have to come back at a later date but he offered to clear them there and then. He explained everything he was going to do and afterwards showed me the images which showed a clear path to the ear drum. He then gave me a hearing check which, I'm pleased to say, showed I have very good hearing (for a 70-year old). Satisfaction absolutely guaranteed. I rang up on a Saturday hoping to get an appointment asap. My daughter pretty much could not hear. We had been to the doctors on the Thursday. Fitted my daughter in that afternoon.  Extremely lovely man , very patient with her. He explained everything along the way as to what he was doing. Cleaned her ears, which were loaded with old wax. I've been having ear wax removal by suction for about 8 years now at various practitioners but I have to say that Ibrahim's service was second to none. The location was nice and quiet (before and after wax removal!) despite being at the level crossing in Bamber Bridge. I never felt a thing whereas in past I have had some pain. I found direct ear care online. Ibrahim came to see my at home for ear wax removal. Which he removed the ear wax safely. Also a hearing test was done at home, as I have been struggling to hear for several years. He explained the results clearly and showed me all the hearing aid options. I went ahead with custom rechargeable hearing aids. They are very comfortable and I can hear the TV at a lower volume and conversation much clear. I have been struggling to hear for past couple of years. Went to ibrahim at the Manchester clinic for a full hearing test and identified a hearing loss in both ears. I was then given hearing aids to trail for 2 weeks which were very discreet and comfortable to wear. Most importantly it made a huge improvement in my hearing. I got an appointment within 24 hours for wax removal. The audiolgist was friendly and very professional. Careful and meticulous. Showed me before and after photos. Explained everthing and answered all my questions. Offered free hearing test and made follow up appointment for a weeks time. No complaints. My mum had a GP appointment in the morning and they recommended micro suction. We got in touch with Ibrahim who was able to come and do a home visit on the very same day. He was very patient with my mum, explained what he was going to do at the beginning and then again at each stage. Ensured she was comfortable, he observed my mums reactions and stopped accordingly to ensure she felt comfortable. I was really impressed with this place. I called the Bamber Bridge clinic and was able to get an appointment for the next day. I booked microsuction as I was sure that my left ear was congested with wax. All areas of the ear were examined, including a hearing test. I was advised that my ear was actually fine and did not require microsuction. I was told that I had likely got mild inflammation in my Eustachian tube. I was shown exercises to help ease the issue.
