I got an appointment within 24 hours for wax removal. The audiolgist was friendly and very professional. Careful and meticulous. Showed me before and after photos. Explained everthing and answered all my questions. Offered free hearing test and made follow up appointment for a weeks time.
No complaints. Just a shame this could not have been done on the NHS.

Very thorough hearing assessment. Ibrahim spent a long time going through my needs with regard to my hearing loss before he gave me the hearing test. He gave me some hearing aids to try with no obligation, not pushy at all. Huge difference from the NHS aids I have at the moment.
