My Consultation with Ibrahim was 100% positive in every way, I was immediately put at ease by his gentle manner and his professional knowledge. I was guided through every step in understanding my hearing loss and which options I could take, no sales pitch, no pressure, all my decisions. Thank you, Ibrahim, I feel that you have a true vocation. Kind regards June Rimmer

Very thorough hearing assessment. Ibrahim spent a long time going through my needs with regard to my hearing loss before he gave me the hearing test. He gave me some hearing aids to try with no obligation, not pushy at all. Huge difference from the NHS aids I have at the moment. If you’re looking for someone to test your hearing I’d definitely recommend Direct Hearing Care.

Very good Checked my ears and found no wax then gave me hearing test and l found out l have lost some of my hearing in my right ear he was very good and polite
