He then explained exactly what he was doing as he removed the wax and cleared my ears. The procedure was painless and quick. Made an appointment to have a hearing check too. Very happy. Absolutely fantastic, can highly recommend Direct Ear Care. Took my 13-year-old son who has had lots of issues with both his ears. They were terribly blocked with very hard wax. The process was amazing, very relaxed, took his time making my son feel as comfortable as possible. The outcome perfectly clean and clear ears now. My son and I are both delighted. Will go again.
