Yes, mobile ear wax removal is safe when performed by a trained and experienced professional. The treatment is painless, though it can be slightly noisy, and you may feel mild pressure as the ear wax is removed.

How long does the appointment take?
The entire appointment lasts around 1 hour. The actual procedure usually takes 15–30 minutes, depending on the amount of ear wax build-up.
Is the equipment used during home visits the same as in clinic?
Yes, we use the same advanced equipment during home visits as we do in our clinics, ensuring no compromise on quality or safety.
Do you provide home visits to care homes?
Yes, we offer our home visit ear wax removal service for residents in care homes.
Do you do home visit for children?
Yes, we provide home visits for individuals aged 10 and above.
Is ear wax removal safe for children?
Yes, ear wax removal is safe for children. We use the microsuction method, which is gentle and more comfortable than other techniques.
Can multiple family members receive treatment during the same visit?
Yes, multiple family members can receive treatment during the same visit. Please let us know when booking, as we offer discounted rates for group bookings.
What if ear wax is not removed on the same day?
Most of the time, ear wax is removed during the first visit. If not, we may advise you to use olive oil drops for a few days before a second appointment. There is no extra charge for the follow-up.
How do you take payment?
You can pay by cash or card with no extra fee.

Yes, if there is no ear wax, there is a consultation fee of £59. We will do a hearing check.
